TAMA’s Starclassic Walnut/Birch drums take the acclaimed design of their Starclassic Maple series and add a unique twist. These drums feature a blend of the mellower sound of birch with the rigidity of walnut, resulting in a dynamic sound profile. The characteristic warmth of birch shells is enhanced by the stronger attack provided by the walnut plies.

Additionally, the Starclassic Walnut/Birch drums come equipped with exceptional hardware that distinguishes the Starclassic series. This includes TAMA’s die-cast hoops, Star-Cast mounting system, and Quick-Lock tom brackets. Each shell is also fitted with high-quality Evans drum heads.
